Mr. Graber has over 35 years experience on NASA, DOD, and aerospace programs. He has managed and performed reliability, maintainability, and supportability (RMS) engineering modeling and analyses and quantitative risk assessments for the Johnson Space Center Safety and Mission Assurance Directorate, the Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center, the U.S. Army Logistics Center, and many major aerospace and commercial corporations. He accomplished assessments and analyses to measure and improve RMS characteristics on space, missile, aircraft and commercial systems including the Space Shuttle Orbiter, International Space Station, Orbital Space Plane, Constellation Program and Crew Exploration Vehicle, several cruise missile programs, the B-2, C-17, Advanced Tactical Fighter (ATF), Petrochemical Plants, and Oilfield Services Equipment, among others.

Mr. Graber currently is the Chief Analyst on the NASA JSC Safety, Reliability, Maintainability, and Quality Assurance (SRM&QA) Contract. Mr. Graber will speak on the topic of “Reliability Prediction in Early Program Development”.
